What I Cooked Today

Hi guys, today i chopped a big bowl of salad for the week. When ever I need salad i just take some out, mix it with some dressing and eat what i want with out wasting the whole bunch. And that way you always have salad ready to go in the fridge.

Another thing you guys should remember is to buy a meat tenderizer. Its a great investment and work great on tough meat. I always use it to tenderize carne asada meat.

Dede, i do the same thing! i chop my salad for few days and all i do is add the dressing whenever we are ready to eat it or add bread to it to make it into fattoush...glad you created this blog, it is a nice way to get connected to others.
