I love your website! I made the hummus and my husband & I totally loved it! Thank you. I have a question about the stuffed grape leaves. The ingredients list says 1 cup olive oil and 1/2-1cup lemon juice. But when you are giving directions, you only mention 1/4-1/2 cup lemon juice to be added to the pot and then 1/4 cup olive oil to be added 1/2way through the cooking process.
so my main question is: do I add the entire 1 cup olive oil and 1/2-1 cup lemon juice to the rice mixture to be stuffed in the grape leaves? and then need a little extra of lemon juice and olive oil for the cooking process?
Dede, thank you for sharing your awesome recipes. I got stuck in a cooking rut with the same old stuff and your web site pulled me right out. My family went nuts over the hummus ! Please...Please keep it going! Thanks, George, your fan in New Jersey.
Hey, I just found your site and really like it. Can't wait to try out some of your recipes. I grew up and live in Dearborn, so I know what the food should taste like, and most recipes don't come close.
